NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
and
ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
The Western Coalition of Arid States (WESTCAS) will hold its Annual Meeting
June 20-22, 2007, at the Hyatt Islandia Hotel, in San Diego, California. The
annual Business Meeting and Election of Directors will take place on Thursday
June 21, 2007 at 4:30PM. All Regular members are entitled to one vote, which
may be cast in person or by written proxy. If voting by proxy, send your vote to

The Secretary must receive all proxy votes no later than June 15, 2007.
The election for State Directors will be for those whose incumbent seat expires at
this year’s meeting.
