Westcas Refund Policy 2011

It is the policy of WESTCAS to offer a full refund, minus a $75.00 administrative fee, for conference registration if the cancellation is made at least five (5) business days in advance of the date of a scheduled conference. Cancellations made within five (5) business days will not receive a refund. Cancellations must be received by WESTCAS via mail to Dawn Moore, Administrative Director, WESTCAS, 1810 Wynthrop Manor Drive, Marietta, GA 30064 or via FAX to 770-424- 9468 , or via E-mail to westcas@mindspring.com.
