Westcas Refund Policy 2008

It is the policy of WESTCAS to offer a full refund, minus a $50.00 administrative fee, for conference registrations if the cancellation is made five (5) business days in advance of the date of a scheduled conference. Cancellations made after five (5) business days prior to the date of a scheduled conference will not receive a refund. Cancellations must be received by WESTCAS via mail, fax or e-mail.
